Information Infrastructure – Establishment of CRC-wide computational toolbox and collaborative writing and code repositories
The Information Infrastructure project “Architectures for data management and computational support” addresses the growing computational and data management needs within the CRC community which were revealed in the last funding period. It will bundle and provide expertise in the areas of data management, neural network analysis, and experimental data analysis and ensure the adoption of data standards which meet principles of findability, accessibility, interoperability, and reusability (“FAIR”). Furthermore, it aims to provide infrastructure and support for robust experimental workflow management for participating CRC members.
